Keto Recipe: Chocolate Coconut Treats

A favourite of ours, here's how to make Chocolate Coconut keto-friendly treats at home. They couldn't be simpler - 4 ingredients, 4 steps. Here's how:

Ingredients

2 cups organic raw coconut flakes

¼ cup coconut oil

2 teaspoons sweetener of your choice

One bar of dark chocolate 


Directions

  1. Add your coconut flakes, melted coconut oil and sweetener to a blender and blend until the consistency is lovely and smooth 
  2. Melt your dark chocolate in a bowl 
  3. Add your mixture to an ice cube tray (you can have fun with this by using different shapes!) 
  4. Drizzle your melted chocolate on the top of your mixture and place in the freezer for 15 minutes and then into the fridge for 15 minutes also

We enjoy eating it chilled straight from the fridge but if you want it to be room temperature just pop out your treats and leave them on a plate on your kitchen counter to warm up to room temperature before eating.
