This decadent cheesecake is the perfect dessert for large dinner parties. Think indulgent cocoa base, rich and creamy cheesecake layer, finished with our tasty granola for an extra satisfying crunch - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
- Box of 12 Keto Hana Cocoa & Orange bars
- 2/3 cups Keto Hana Vanilla & Himalayan Pink Salt granola
- 250g of cream cheese
- 270ml double cream
- 5 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
1. Beat double cream until stiff and add 2 tbsp of sweetener, set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese, vanilla and remaining powdered sugar.
3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese, without overbeating.
4. Layer Keto Hana bars on the base of a rectangular dish.
5. Spread cheesecake mix over the bars and finish with Keto Hana granola.
6. Refrigerate overnight (or freeze for 15 min)
