There’s a reason this watermelon and feta salad has gone viral - it’s fresh, zingy and packed filled with all the good stuff. And we think our nutty take on it might just be the best yet.
- 1/4 of a watermelon
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of chopped mint
- 1/2 block of feta
- Pinch of salt
- Handful of Keto Hana Vanilla & Himalayan Pink Salt Granola
- Chop watermelon, cucumber, avocado and mint.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl leaving granola and feta till the end to garnish before serving.
