COCONUTS. For the medium chain triglycerides - a unique type of fatty acid that metabolises quicker than other fats. That boosts ketone production which is great for mental clarity and sustained focus.

ALMONDS. Because even though they have a higher carb content than say, macadamias, they’re also packed with fibre, protein and a whole list of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals (plus they taste like marzipan...)

HAZELNUTS taste like Christmas, and they are genuinely brimming with nutrients, vitamins and minerals: B6, folate, phosphorus, potassium and zinc, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids and a load of antioxidants.

PUMPKIN SEEDS = magnesium. Magnesium is absolutely essential to various processes from repairing damage to DNA, to getting a good night’s sleep, to hormone production.

SUNFLOWER SEEDS are particularly high in vitamin E and selenium - antioxidants that protect cells against free radical damage (and the associated chronic diseases). They are also a great source of plant compounds phenolic acids and flavonoids (yep - more antioxidants).

We were so careful in deciding how to add some sweetness with stevia & erythritol. So many artificial sweeteners are harmful in different ways to sugar. The stevia plant, and erythritol (which is found naturally in fruits) is perfectly sweet but doesn’t trigger a rise in insulin or blood sugar levels, and protects against plaque and harmful bacteria.


We choose each ingredient with the same philosophy: to promote longevity and to taste phenomenal.
