How do we compare?

I'm not Keto — is it still for me?

Absolutely. Our products are loved by anyone looking to reduce sugar and eat cleaner. You don't need to follow a keto diet to enjoy Keto Hana.

What are net carbs?

Net carbs = total carbs minus fibre. Fibre doesn’t spike blood sugar the same way, so keto tracking focuses on net carbs. We’ve done the maths for you so you don’t have to work it out. All our bars are under 4.5g net carbs per serve.

Do your products contain sugar?

Only a very low amount of naturally occurring sugar which comes from the berries or nuts in our products. We never use added sugar. Ever. Any sweetness comes entirely from the coconut, berries and natural sweeteners we use.

Is it suitable for coeliacs / gluten-free?

We are sadly not 100% certified as gluten free as we bake in an environment where there is potential cross contamination. Ingredients wise we are fully grain free, but if you have an allergy we cannot recommend our granola.

Is it vegan-friendly?

Yes, apart from our Coconut & Almond (Original Butter) all of the granolas are proudly plant based.

Is it nut-free?

No, nuts are a core, nutrient-dense ingredient used across all our products. Keto Hana products are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.
