I’ve loved baking since I was a kid, always experimenting in my dad’s bakery and watching people enjoy what we made. As I got older and discovered the benefits of keto, I was determined to make it easier and tastier to follow.
After countless kitchen trials, I landed on my granola, and when my whole family, keto or not, loved it, I knew I had something special. What do I get in the bundle?
With the Breakfast Bundle, you get any 4/8 of your choice from our 8 ultra-low carb granolas, (all usually 7.49 each), for only £19.76! Only 50p a breakfast, no commitments.
What’s in the granola?
Each granola is slightly different with a unique ingredient (e.g. Peanut butter contains peanuts. Wild blueberry contains blueberries) So we recommend checking the individual products for dietary requirements, but they are all roughly made of; Coconut oil, Nuts, Seeds, Coconut, plant based sweetener… and nothing else. Just clean natural ingredients.
How long will the bundle last me?
If you eat one 30g serving every day, it’s designed to last you 60 days. However if you can’t help yourself from snacking on some throughout the day because of how good it tastes, your results may vary.
I’m not Keto, is this bundle for me?
Absolutely, you don't have to “be keto” to have to eat Keto. You probably do it a bit already without realising. At Keto Hana we believe everyone should eat a bit Keto sometimes, as cutting out unnecessary sugars is great for everyone.
Is it actually Keto?
Absolutely! Not only are the granola 3g net carbs on average, but we have tested the granola ourselves using trackers to look at biomarkers, ketone levels and athletic performance to prove that our granola truly is Keto friendly
What are net carbs?
“Net carbs” refers to carbs that are absorbed by your body. To calculate the net carbs in whole foods, you subtract the fiber and polyols (non-caloric sweeteners) from the total number of carbs. This is because your body doesn’t absorb fiber or polyols.
E.g. Our Peanut butter is 4.9 total carbs. Fiber is already subtracted from this number in the UK.
So all we do is minus the polyols to give us 2.9g net carbs.
Is it high in protein?
It’s not something we shout about but yes! On average our granolas are 15g of protein per 100g which technically means they are a high source of protein according to the EU’s regulations on nutrition. Great for if you want to get a bit more protein in your diet.
Is it suitable for GF/Celiacs?
We are sadly not 100% certified as gluten free as we bake in an environment where there is potential cross contamination. Ingredients wise we are fully grain free, but if you have an allergy we cannot recommend our granola.
Is it Vegan friendly?
Yes, apart from our Coconut & Almond (Original Butter) all of the granolas are proudly plant based.
How does it taste so good!?
No hidden secret here, just clean and natural ingredients that your body loves, applied with a gentle bake. Eating healthy doesn't have to mean eating bland.
Will it help me lose weight?
