Keto breakfast, sorted - the way it should be. Effortless. 

Throw it on some yoghurt, or throw some (nut) milk on top. We like it with berries. You could just eat it straight out of the bag. Whatever you do, stop worrying about your macros at breakfast and get on with the day.

Ingredients

Ingredients: coconut (26%), sunflower seeds (23%), almonds (13%), pumpkin seeds (10%), flaxseed (8%), sweetener: erythritol* & steviol glycosides**, hazelnuts (6%), coconut oil

* naturally found in fruit
** only the most delicious part of the stevia plant

How do we calculate our net carbs?

Net carbs = Carbs minus fibre minus polyols.

Fibre and polyols are not digestible, so aren't counted towards you daily carb count for keto.

In the UK, fibre is already subtracted from the carb figure on the label (unlike the US). So you just have to take the carb number and subtract the polyols.

What are the benefits of keto?

People talk about a whole variety of benefits from eating keto, but here are some of our favourites:

  • an increase and stabilisation of energy levels (kill the afternoon lull...)

  • a drop in blood sugar levels and some other bio markers

    Good product - need more purchase options

    The granola is one of the best I've tried in the two years I've been on Keto. The only downside is that the subscription doesn't allow for a longer period of time between orders.

    Currently, there is only a choice of a subscription of 7, 14 or 30 days, which is fine if you select the small bags and / or have a big household that eats a bag a week, but the same choices are available for a 3kg bag, which will last me (at the recommended 30g per serving) the best part of 3 months.

    Too many small seeds!

    I am an older subscriber and i find that the coconut, present in many varieties, is a bit big and gets stuck between my teeth. The introduction of seeds also gives me problems with getting under my small plate!

    I eat my keto cereal as a fruity porridge to partially overcome this.

    Gorgeous!

    I don't like milk on cereals so i eat my breakfast dry and this is amazing, the amount of nuts in it is like no cereal i've had before! So tasty.
