So, I’ve only tried the coconut and almond so far as I don’t want an everyday snack, just a once-in-a-while snack. It was okay. Definitely a crunch, rather than a softer bar.

I ate the peanut butter bar. I could not taste any peanut butter flavour, which was rather disappointing. However, the flavour of all the other products in the bar did taste great and not too sweet or sugary. Plus, the bar was nice and crunchy.

I was a little sceptical when I ordered these snacks as a lot of companies seem to be advertising keto products. Well I needn’t have worried! These bars are gorgeous to taste and very filling. You can taste the purity of them and not laden with sweet sticky stuff that seems to be the norm these days. I highly recommend these bars…going to try the granola next. If you want something wholesome and good for you, give these a try! 😊

Keto mi xed bars
Having had a free sample with my monthly order, I decided to order a mixed box and was not disappointed. They all taste delicious and are very filling. My 16 year old loves the raspberry flavour, I’m a peanut butter fan but the coconut and almond is also scrummy. Will definitely get more, especially as they’re not full of nasties.

Really convenient for an on the go low carb snack which tastes great. The coconut and almond is my favourite and the softest in texture. The other two are crunchier.
