Keto breakfast, sorted - the way it should be. Effortless.

Start your day right with a bowl of raspberry goodness. Throw it on some yoghurt, or throw some (nut) milk on top. We like it with berries. You could just eat it straight out of the bag. Whatever you do, stop worrying about your macros at breakfast and get on with the day.

300g bag (2g net carbs per serving)

Ingredients

Ingredients: coconut (25%), sunflower seeds (22%),almonds (13%), pumpkin seeds (9%), sweetener: erythritol* & steviol glycosides**, flaxseed (7%), coconut oil, hazelnuts (6%), raspberries

* naturally found in fruit

** only the most delicious part of the stevia plant

How do we calculate our net carbs?

Net carbs = Carbs minus fibre minus polyols.

Fibre and polyols are not digestible, so aren't counted towards you daily carb count for keto.

In the UK, fibre is already subtracted from the carb figure on the label (unlike the US). So you just have to take the carb number and subtract the polyols.

What are the benefits of keto?

People talk about a whole variety of benefits from eating keto, but here are some of our favourites:

  • an increase and stabilisation of energy levels (kill the afternoon lull...)
  • decreased hunger
  • a drop in blood sugar levels and some other bio markers
  • improvements in mental clarity
  • weight loss

Of course, there is more than one way to do keto and everyone will react differently. We've written about the benefits in a lot more detail here.

    RASPBERRY JOY

Love Keto Hana. Have had the raspberry, blueberry and peanut ones so far but raspberry is my favourite so far. I have it with greek yogurt and fruit as part of my low carb diet. It's delicious!

Bit disappointed as It should be called Coconut instead of Raspberry

This used to be a very nice granola but I just bought my third package and It should be called Coconut Granola instead of Raspberry as it has tiny traces of raspberry and tons of coconut

    Very tasty but…

…30g is a tiny amount! The granola presumably ‘weighs heavy’ due to all the nuts etc. - but it takes some mental adjustment to convince yourself ‘it's enough’! (Photo shows a ‘standard’ dessert bowl)

    Yummy

I’ve tried a few from the range but this and the pink Himalayan salt ones are my favourite.
