making cakes
Watch our video below to find out how to make yourself a delicious Keto Hana cake.
what you need
180g butter (or coconut oil for a plant based cake)
4 eggs (or substitutes for a plant based cake)
250ml of almond milk (or milk of your choice)
method
Empty your Keto Cake Mix into a big bowl. Add your eggs (or substitute) and melted butter (or coconut oil). Set your electric whisk on a medium speed and whisk for three whole minutes. That’s important if you don’t want a very dense cake. Slowly add your almond milk while still using the electric whisk for another two minutes. Grab a rubber spatula and gently stir, making sure every last bit of the mix has been combined.
Grease an 8 inch round baking tin and empty your mix inside using your rubber spatula. Leave it alone for ten minutes. That’s important if you want your cake to rise.
Bake your mix at 180 degrees celsius for forty five minutes. Make sure it’s baked by sticking a toothpick in - if it comes out clean, it’s done. When it’s cool, cut yourself a slice.
