Keto breakfast, sorted - the way it should be. Effortless. 

Start your day right with a silky blend of Vanilla & Himalayan Pink Salt. Throw it on some yoghurt, or throw some (nut) milk on top. We like it with berries. You could just eat it straight out of the bag. Whatever you do, stop worrying about your macros at breakfast and get on with the day.

Ingredients

Ingredients: almonds (18%), coconut (18%), sunflower seeds (18%), pumpkin seeds (18%), hazelnuts (7%), sweetener: erythritol* & steviol glycosides**, coconut oil, vanilla extract, pink himalayan salt

* naturally found in fruit

** only the most delicious part of the stevia plant

How do we calculate our net carbs?

Net carbs = Carbs minus fibre minus polyols.

Fibre and polyols are not digestible, so aren't counted towards you daily carb count for keto.

In the UK, fibre is already subtracted from the carb figure on the label (unlike the US). So you just have to take the carb number and subtract the polyols.

What are the benefits of keto?

People talk about a whole variety of benefits from eating keto, but here are some of our favourites:

    Vanilla, Blueberry, Raspberry and Cinnamon

    Hi there, Keith the Phillistine here. Okay I get the above 4 items monthly from yourselves. I was T2 but using the NHS Counterweight diet (free to T2 diabetics) Your Keto Granola, an extra 2 litres of water daily, 2 x 3 miles walk daily and some supplements that reduce insulin dependence (Berberine, Chlorella) I have managed to get my T2 nailed down and am now no longer T2 (bloods at 39). Previously they were at 68, I was putting my trouser belt on with a Boomerang and my blood group was RAGU :) How do I use your product? I make a porridge out of it. I mix all 4 bags into a tupperware lidded carton and mix them together. I then fine mill them in my blender. I add water only ( no milk ) and a pinch of organic Sea Salt, and mixed frozen berries (blueberries/Raspberries/Strawberries) Black Grapes and chuck it in the microwave for 3 minutes. It makes a really tasty healthy porridge without the carbs that you get from Oats. I have a partial denture so trying to crunch my way through all those nuts is a Herculean process hence the "Porridge of the Gods" I reviewed these because after trial and error I liked these 4 the best.
