Baked Nutty Camembert with Cranberry Jam

Indulge in a decadent harmony of flavours with our Baked Camembert featuring a delightful twist of Keto Cranberry Jam and a crunchy top of our granola. This recipe combines the rich creaminess of Camembert with the tart sweetness of our homemade keto-friendly cranberry jam, all elevated by the satisfying crunch of our signature granola.

Ingredients:

  • 1 camembert cheese
  • 100g of frozen cranberries
  • 2 tbsp of powdered sweetener
  • 100g of keto hana granola

How to make baked camembert:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. To a saucepan, add the frozen cranberries and sweetener and gently heat over medium heat until fully reduced.
  3. Place the camembert on a baking tray and cover it with the cranberry jam and our keto granola.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes until melted and the granola looks golden.
