Blueberry Cinnamon Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 600g frozen blueberries
- 200g plant based greek style keto yoghurt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 300ml almond milk
- (optional) 1 tbsp keto syrup
- To top:
- 15g Keto Hana Cinnamon Granola
- 10g fresh blueberries
METHOD:
In a high speed blender, blitz together the ingredients until super smooth and creamy. We recommend adding the keto syrup last to taste, as sweetness can vary in intensity between keto syrup brands, and of course taste preferences.Pour into serving glasses (or bowls), top with Keto Hana Cinnamon Granola, fresh blueberries and enjoy immediately.
