Blueberry Waffles

Blueberry Waffles

A twist on a classic, these waffles have a perfectly crisp yet fluffy texture. Top with our Wild Blueberry Granola, extra fresh blueberries and yoghurt for ultimate breakfast. Enjoy!

Ingredients 

(Serves 6)

  • 1 1⁄2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method:

  1. Preheat waffle maker
  2. Combine all dry ingredients
  3. Mix cooled melted butter with your egg and milk
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients then mix until the batter is smooth
  5. Pour the batter onto a waffle iron and cook to the desired colour
  6. Serve with fresh blueberries our Wild Blueberry Granola and coconut yoghurt
