Blueberry Waffles
A twist on a classic, these waffles have a perfectly crisp yet fluffy texture. Top with our Wild Blueberry Granola, extra fresh blueberries and yoghurt for ultimate breakfast. Enjoy!
Ingredients
(Serves 6)
- 1 1⁄2 cups almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
- Coconut yoghurt
- Blueberries
- Keto Hana Wild Blueberry Granola
Method:
- Preheat waffle maker
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Mix cooled melted butter with your egg and milk
- Combine dry and wet ingredients then mix until the batter is smooth
- Pour the batter onto a waffle iron and cook to the desired colour
- Serve with fresh blueberries our Wild Blueberry Granola and coconut yoghurt
