Ingredients:
100g keto hana cocoa granola
2 tbsp or 20g cacao
2 tbsp or 20g collagen (bovine or plant based)
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
500ml almond milk
3 tbsp keto syrup
Method:
- In a high speed blender, blitz together the ingredients until super smooth and creamy. We recommend adding the keto syrup last to taste, as sweetness can vary in intensity between keto syrup brands, and of course taste preferences.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy, or an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
