You loved our chocolate shell bowl, so it's back - this time coated in frozen white chocolate and topped with strawberries and our nutty keto granola. Enjoy!
- 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of Keto Hana Coconut & Almond granola
- 80g of white chocolate, melted
- Handful of strawberries, sliced
- Add the frozen berries, milk, and peanut butter to a blender and process until you have the right consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and cover with melted white chocolate.
- Immediately add sliced strawberries and sprinkle over Keto Hana granola.
- Place the bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy breaking the chocolate shell!
