Frozen White Chocolate Smoothie Bowl | Keto Hana Recipes

 

You loved our chocolate shell bowl, so it's back - this time coated in frozen white chocolate and topped with strawberries and our nutty keto granola. Enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of Keto Hana Coconut & Almond granola
  • 80g of white chocolate, melted
  • Handful of strawberries, sliced

Method

  1. Add the frozen berries, milk, and peanut butter to a blender and process until you have the right consistency.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and cover with melted white chocolate. 

  3. Immediately add sliced strawberries and sprinkle over Keto Hana granola.

  4. Place the bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes.

  5. Enjoy breaking the chocolate shell!
