Frozen Yoghurt Bites | Keto Hana Recipes

Simple, healthy and completely delicious, these frozen yoghurt bites are the perfect treat to keep in your freezer. Made with just a few ingredients they are also great for kids to join in the fun of making. Enjoy!

 

(Serves 6)

Ingredients

• 1 Keto Hana Cocoa & Nuts bar
• 1 Keto Hana Cocoa & Orange bar
• 1 Keto Hana Cocoa & Mint bar
• 6 tbsp of greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

 Toppings: mint leaves, cacao nibs, nut butter, berries and Keto Hana granola

Method

1. Crumble half of each bar at the bottom of a muffin cup and press with a spoon, repeat 6 times. 

2. Add a tbsp of yoghurt to each of the cups.

3. Add some toppings to each, here are a few suggestions: Cocoa & Nuts bar base with cacao nibs and almond butter, Cocoa & Mint bar base with fresh mint and cacao nibs and Cocoa & Orange bar base with Keto Hana granola and dried berries. 

4. Freeze overnight.
