How to Make Mum’s Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies

A favourite at Keto Hana! Here’s how to make Mum’s Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies for a Mother’s Day treat! 

Ingredients:

400g almond flour

230g grass-fed butter

200g sweetener

1 vanilla pod

2 organic eggs

1 tsp of baking powder

Sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt

Dark chocolate chips (amount of your choosing) the darker, the better
Grating of nutmeg

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together, separately from the wet ingredients

3. Melt butter, add this to your dry ingredients once it has cooled. Fold the chocolate chips in last so that they don’t melt.

4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
