Keto Berry Crumble

We are so excited to share this delicious keto berry crumble recipe using our cinnamon granola! 

As the weather gets nicer and we are starting to socialise again, this is the perfect treat to share with friends in the garden.

Ingredients:

(Serves 3-4)

Crumble:

2 cups of frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp of erythritol
2 tsp of keto friendly starch
2 tsp of water
1 1/2 - 2 cups of keto hana cinnamon granola

Toppings:

Coconut yoghurt
Fresh strawberries 

Directions: 

1. Add your frozen berries to a pot with the erythritol, starch and water

2. Cook for 5 min until berries start to get soft

3. Separate in your plates and add 1/2 cup of Keto Hana cinnamon granola on the top

4. Add a dollop of coconut yoghurt and fresh strawberries to finish
