Peanut Butter Crêpes
Light, full of flavour, and topped with our Peanut Butter granola, these crêpes tick all the boxes. What's more, they're super easy to make so perfect for kids to join in!
Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 1⁄3 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tablespoons Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1⁄4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
Toppings:
- Coconut yoghurt
- Peanut butter
- Keto Hana Peanut Butter granola
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth or mix well by hand in a bowl
- Rest the mix for 5 minutes
- Heat in a pan with butter, pour 1/3 cup in the pan and rotate fast to spread
- Cook for 2-3 min until edges are dry, flip and cook for a further 1 minute
- Serve with peanut butter, coconut yoghurt and Keto Hana Peanut Butter granola
