Salted Caramel Keto Sundae

A show stopping simple dessert made with keto ice cream layered with keto caramel sauce and layers of yummy goodness with our Vanilla Himalayan Salt Granola.

Ingredients:
450g keto salted caramel ice cream e.g. Oppo Brothers
50g keto caramel sauce e.g. Skinny Food Co.
70g roughly chopped Keto Hana Vanilla Himalayan Salt Granola
1⁄2 tsp flaky sea salt (optional final topping)

Method:
In an ice cream sundae glass, add 2 scoops of keto ice cream, top with keto caramel sauce and roughly chopped vanilla Himalayan salt granola, then repeat until the glass is full and then devour. Depending on the size of your ice cream sundae glass this may serve 3-4 but if it’s on the smaller side, enjoy it as one serve.
