Self-Love Smoothie Bowl | Keto Hana Recipes

It's so important to find the time to give yourself some love and self-care. And this super smoothie bowl is a great place to start. It's made with mood-enhancing CBD oil and is topped with our feel-good granola for the perfect start of the day. 

Here's how to make it...

Ingredients

For the smoothie

  • 250g frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)⁠
  • 100ml coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • A few sprays of Four Five CBD oil

Toppings:

Recipe

1. Measure the frozen berries.⁠

2. Put all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and process until you have the right consistency.⁠

3. Spray on CBD oil 

4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and layer the toppings over the surface (use strawberries to do a heart shape and finish with Keto Hana granola and berries). ⁠

5. Serve immediately.
