Burrata Salad | Keto Hana Recipes
This beautiful salad celebrates a new season of fresh produce. Think crisp asparagus, fresh cherry tomatoes, topped with a creamy burrata and our crunchy granola, perfection!
Ingredients
- 12 asparagus chopped
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 1 burrata
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup of Keto Hana Coconut & Almond granola
- Pepper
Directions
- Mix asparagus, tomatoes, 3 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, fennel seeds and balsamic vinegar and bake for 25 min.
- Sprinkle on Keto Hana granola and place burrata in the center.
- Drizzle remaining 1tbsp of olive oil and add some chilli flakes.
