Vanilla and Berry Tray Bake
One of our favourite summer combinations is vanilla and berries, and this tray bake is a celebration of just that. A vanilla sponge cake base is topped with in-season berries, creamy yoghurt and our Vanilla & Himalayan Pink Salt granola - delicious!
Ingredients
- 180g keto hana Cake Mix
- 3 tbsp walnut oil
- 4 eggs
- Two handful of berries (strawberries and blueberries) - save some strawberry slices for the top
- Handful of keto hana Vanilla and Himalayan Pink Salt granola
Toppings: coconut yoghurt, extra berries and more granola
Method
- Whisk eggs and oil until well combined
- Add cake mix and mix with a rubber spatula
- Add berries to the mix and fold in
- Spread in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add strawberry slices and granola to the top
- Bake for 25 min at 180C until knife comes out clean
- Let cool and top with yoghurt, berries and extra granola
