Berry Chia Pudding
Packed with protein, antioxidants and goodness, this strawberry chia and flaxseed pudding is layered with greek yoghurt, fresh sliced strawberries and keto hana blueberry granola. Breakfast or dessert is served.
Ingredients:
- 100g / 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 15g / 3 tbsp milled flaxseeds
- 90g / 5 tbsp keto (sugar free) strawberry jam
- 400ml almond mil
Per jar:
- 60g plant based greek style keto yoghurt
- 3-5 sliced strawberries
- 20g Keto Hana Blueberry Granola
Method:
- In a mixing bowl or large glass jar, mix the chia seeds, milled flaxseeds, keto strawberry jam and almond milk and leave it to soak overnight.
- Slice the strawberries cross sectionally from the top to the bottom.
- In three glass jars, add a layer of plant based greek style yoghurt, then top it with ~50g chia pudding, then layer sliced strawberries pressing them against the edge of the glass and top with ~130g more chia pudding. Finally sprinkle 20g Keto Hana blueberry granola on to the top of each jar and enjoy immediately.
