Gingerbread Chia Pudding Recipe
Warm and comforting festive flavours in the form of a protein packed creamy chia and flaxseed pudding with a layer of crunchy gingerbread granola on top.
Ingredients:
- 100g / 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 15g / 3 tbsp milled flaxseeds
- 400ml almond milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1⁄8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
- 1⁄8 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tbsp keto syrup
- To top:
- 60g Keto Hana Gingerbread Granola
- Keto gingerbread biscuits (optional)
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl, adding the keto syrup last adding 1 tbsp first to taste (keto syrups can vary in intensity). Leave to soak overnight or for at least four hours).
- When ready to serve, divide the mixture across three glass jars and sprinkle with 20g Keto Hana gingerbread granola per serving.
