Gingerbread Chia Pudding Recipe

Warm and comforting festive flavours in the form of a protein packed creamy chia and flaxseed pudding with a layer of crunchy gingerbread granola on top.


  • 100g / 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 15g / 3 tbsp milled flaxseeds
  • 400ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1⁄8 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp keto syrup
  • To top:
  • 60g Keto Hana Gingerbread Granola
  • Keto gingerbread biscuits (optional)


  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl, adding the keto syrup last adding 1 tbsp first to taste (keto syrups can vary in intensity). Leave to soak overnight or for at least four hours). 
  2. When ready to serve, divide the mixture across three glass jars and sprinkle with 20g Keto Hana gingerbread granola per serving.
