Very Limited Edition

It's finally back, Gingerbread, our limited edition flavour for Autumn. Nostalgia, comfort and joy in a bowl. Impressive, right? But it won't be around for long so get yours while it lasts.

Throw it on some yoghurt, or throw some (nut) milk on top. We like it with berries. You could just eat it straight out of the bag. Whatever you do, stop worrying about your macros and get on with the day.

300g bag (1.4g net carbs per serving)

How do we calculate our net carbs?

Net carbs = Carbs minus fibre minus polyols.

Fibre and polyols are not digestible, so aren't counted towards you daily carb count for keto.

In the UK, fibre is already subtracted from the carb figure on the label (unlike the US). So you just have to take the carb number and subtract the polyols.

What are the benefits of keto?

People talk about a whole variety of benefits from eating keto, but here are some of our favourites:

  • an increase and stabilisation of energy levels (kill the afternoon lull...)
  • decreased hunger
  • a drop in blood sugar levels and some other bio markers
  • improvements in mental clarity
  • weight loss

Of course, there is more than one way to do keto and everyone will react differently. We've written about the benefits in a lot more detail here.
