How do we calculate our net carbs?

Net carbs = Carbs minus fibre minus polyols.

Fibre and polyols are not digestible, so aren't counted towards you daily carb count for keto.

In the UK, fibre is already subtracted from the carb figure on the label (unlike the US). So you just have to take the carb number and subtract the polyols.

What are the benefits of keto?

People talk about a whole variety of benefits from eating keto, but here are some of our favourites:

    I love Keto Hana. As I'm intermittent fasting I don't eat breakfast but a treat after supper is a small bowl of 10%fat Greek Yogurt, some frozen berries, a tiny drizzle of honey and a few handfuls of Keto Hana granola. Scrumptious.

    Amazing deal!

    Absolutely loving the Spring Flavours Bundle, I think the Raspberry Granola is my favourite. a really nice simple Keto breakfast for me at the moment is 30g of granola with about 100g of plain yoghurt, delicious!
