Crunchy Keto Salad

This vibrant salad is loaded with fresh veg, shredded chicken, a delicious umami dressing, and of course, our crunchy granola. You're going to love it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups chopped/shredded napa cabbage or romaine lettuce
  • 5 cups chopped/shredded red cabbage
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup Keto Hana Coconut & Almond Granola
  • 2 cups shredded chicken

DRESSING

  • 1⁄2 cup natural almond butter no sugar added
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon low sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sweetener
  • 1 inch knob fresh ginger peeled
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1⁄3 cup water

HOW TO MAKE OUR CRUNCHY KETO GRANOLA

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl
  2. Blend the dressing ingredients until well combined
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well
  4. Top up with a handful of Keto Hana Coconut & Almond Granola
