Crunchy Keto Salad
This vibrant salad is loaded with fresh veg, shredded chicken, a delicious umami dressing, and of course, our crunchy granola. You're going to love it.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups chopped/shredded napa cabbage or romaine lettuce
- 5 cups chopped/shredded red cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup Keto Hana Coconut & Almond Granola
- 2 cups shredded chicken
DRESSING
- 1⁄2 cup natural almond butter no sugar added
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon low sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sweetener
- 1 inch knob fresh ginger peeled
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄3 cup water
HOW TO MAKE OUR CRUNCHY KETO GRANOLA
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl
- Blend the dressing ingredients until well combined
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well
- Top up with a handful of Keto Hana Coconut & Almond Granola
