Keto Berry Smoothie Recipe

Introducing our Berry Smoothie Bowl—vibrant, antioxidant-packed, and bursting with essential nutrients. The perfect kickstart to your day.


For the bowl:
150g frozen strawberries
300g frozen raspberries
250g plant based greek style keto yoghurt
1 1⁄2 tbsp keto syrup (more or less to taste)
65 ml almond milk
To top:
30g fresh raspberries
15g Keto Hana Raspberry Granola


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blitz until a thick frozen and smooth texture forms. You may need to stop pulsing and scrape down the sides with a tamper or spatula. We recommend adding your sweetener last bit-by-bit to taste as sweeteners can vary in intensity.
  2. Transfer to serving bowls and top with fresh raspberries and Keto Hana Raspberry granola. Enjoy immediately.
