Ingredients
- 1⁄2 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 chicken breasts, in cubes
- 120g of Keto Hana Cinnamon granola
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 can of water
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1⁄2 tbsp of ras el hanout
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Coconut yoghurt
- Pomegranate seeds.
How to Make Chicken & Butternut Squash Keto Stew
- Sautee the onion and celery.
- Blend Keto Hana Cinnamon granola until dust.
- Add to a pressure cooker together with the butternut squash, bay leaves, chicken, blended cinnamon granola, tomatoes, water and spices.
- Cook for 10-11 min, release pressure.
- Serve in a sharing bowl adding the toppings to finish.
