Cranberry & Chocolate Trifle Recipe

A favourite of ours at keto hana, this trifle is layered with everything good...Whipped cream, homemade brownie, cranberries and our coca granola. It's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser! 


For the brownie layer

  • 95g fine almond flour
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 120g melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 130g erythritol
For the whipping cream
  • 540g of double cream
  • 65g of powdered sweetener
  • 1 bag of keto hana granola
  • 400g cranberries

How to make Cranberry & Chocolate Trifle:

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease an 8-inch pan or line with parchment paper.

2. Mix together all brownie ingredients until well combined. Spread evenly into a cake tin. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.

3. Whip the cold whipping cream until stiff and slowly add the powdered erythritol.

4. It's layering time! Add whipped cream, brownie, whipped cream, cranberries, our Cocoa keto granola and extra whipped cream to finish.
