Ginger & Cocoa Fudge Recipe

These ginger & cocoa fudge bites are so moreish and make the perfect treat to make for special occasions! Here's how to make them...

Ingredients: 

  • 110g salted butter
  • 210g dark chocolate
  • 30g of powdered sweetener
  • 1 tbsp of unsweetened dark cacao powder
  • 30g of keto hana granola

How to make Ginger & Cocoa Fudge:

  1. Melt butter in a pan or the microwave.
  2. Add in the dark chocolate and mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
  3. Sift the powdered sugar and cacao powder into the bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour in a greased tin and sprinkle the top with our keto granola. Refrigerate overnight until set.
