Ingredients:
- 110g salted butter
- 210g dark chocolate
- 30g of powdered sweetener
- 1 tbsp of unsweetened dark cacao powder
- 30g of Gingerbread Keto Hana granola
How to make Ginger & Cocoa Fudge:
- Melt butter in a pan or the microwave.
- Add in the dark chocolate and mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Sift the powdered sugar and cacao powder into the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour in a greased tin and sprinkle the top with our keto granola. Refrigerate overnight until set.
